My payment got cancelled, what could be the reason for it?
Payment cancellations are usually caused by one of the following:
- Your bank/card issuer declined the transaction for security reasons
- Billing address (AVS) or ZIP code didn’t match
- Insufficient funds or card limit reached
- The card does not support the payment type or international/online transactions
Please try again with the correct billing info, or use a different payment method. If it still fails, contact your bank and then email us at ask.sarah@ampsos.tech.
Can I change my shipping address after I submit my order?
Yes—as long as your order has not shipped yet.
Please email ask.sarah@ampsos.tech as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- The complete updated shipping address
Once an order is shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Where can I find my order invoice?
You can find your invoice/receipt in your order confirmation email.
If you can’t locate it, email ask.sarah@ampsos.tech with your name and the email used at checkout, and we’ll resend it.

WHAT DEVICES CAN AMPSOS POWER?
AMPSOS can power a wide range of devices, including laptops (such as MacBook Pro 16"), drones, DSLR cameras, tablets, smartphones, LED lights, projectors, heated lunch boxes, coffee warmers, and more.
Please always check your device’s power requirements for compatibility.
ARE ALL THREE USB-C PORTS FAST CHARGING?
Yes. All three USB-C ports support up to 100W PD fast charging, so you don’t need to guess which port to use.
CAN I CHARGE MY PHONE WHILE AMPSOS IS CHARGING ITSELF?
Yes. AMPSOS supports pass-through charging, so you can charge devices while the unit itself is charging.
HOW DO I CHARGE MY APPLE WATCH /airpod WIRELESSLY?
AMPSOS has a built-in Apple Watch charging pad on the top.
Place your watch or airpod on the pad — no original Apple charger or USB port is required.
CAN I USE THIRD-PARTY SOLAR PANELS WITH AMPSOS?
Yes. AMPSOS is compatible with third-party solar panels.
However, for optimal MPPT performance and best efficiency, we recommend using the official AMPSOS 36W solar panel.
IS AMPSOS TSA / IATA FLIGHT SAFE?
Yes. With a capacity of 92.5Wh (25,000mAh), AMPSOS is within TSA and IATA limits for carry-on lithium batteries.
Final approval is always subject to airline policies.
DOES AMPSOS SUPPORT PD AND QC FAST-CHARGING PROTOCOLS?
Yes. AMPSOS supports PD 3.0, PPS, QC 4+, and other mainstream fast-charging protocols.
WHERE IS AMPSOS MANUFACTURED?
AMPSOS is manufactured in Shenzhen, China, by a professional mobile energy storage solution provider -- Enershare.
WHAT ARE THE WEIGHT AND SIZE OF AMPSOS?
AMPSOS weighs approximately 600 g.
Its dimensions are about 175 × 55 × 51.6 mm, making it compact enough for everyday carry, travel, and backpack use.
DOES AMPSOS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes. All crowdfunding backers receive a 24-month warranty.
The standard warranty period is 18 months.
