At AMPSOS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and straightforward return process. We accept returns for both defective products and buyer’s remorse (if you simply changed your mind), subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a successful return, please confirm that your item meets the following criteria:
- Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products purchased under our 30-day free trial may be opened and tested under normal use. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components, and must not show excessive wear, abuse, misuse, or physical damage.
- Not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.
2. Return Shipping Costs

3. How to Start a Return
- Email us at ask.sarah@ampsos.tech with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
- Securely pack your item and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
4. Refunds & Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status:
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Condition Requirement: Refunds will only be issued if the returned item meets our return eligibility conditions.
- Method: Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
- Note: Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.
