AMPSOS products purchased through our official website are covered by an 18-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use within the warranty period. The warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, modification, improper storage, water damage, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or use outside the product instructions.

How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty support, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Resolution

After reviewing your request, AMPSOS may provide troubleshooting support, replacement parts, a replacement product, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.

Proof of Purchase

A valid order number or proof of purchase from ampsos.tech is required for warranty service.
