At AMPSOS, we are committed to providing reliable energy solutions with transparent delivery services. Please review our shipping terms below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST), Monday to Friday.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

Orders are primarily fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse. Depending on inventory availability and destination, orders may be shipped from regional warehouses to ensure faster delivery. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are as follows:

*Flat rate shipping for Europe: $14.99 for small parcels (<2kg) and $18.99 for medium parcels (<5kg).

*Shipping costs for other regions are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment through our website or the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

AMPSOS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Delivery Terms

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to customs, extreme weather, or logistical issues beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact our support team.
